Aprompt:> was established in 1999 by Peter Macgeorge MA after working in the computer industry for more than 18 years.

The business plan was simple, provide confidential quality service to both, commercial and domestic computer users alike.

This core business strategy continues to underpin Aprompt's services. Now, after years of experience, a wide range of services are offered from early consultancy, through website construction, hardware acquisition, to helping private clients get the best use from their domestic systems.

James Macgeorge joined the family business in 2010, after completing his college computer courses with distinction. While James could have gone on to University he chose an apprenticeship with his Dad, as a computer technician.

Working from our workshop at home in Farndon, Aprompt does not have a shop or warehouse, providing instead a prompt mobile call out service with two vans.

Aprompt is committed to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. To achieve this, our efforts extend beyond providing outstanding products and services to those who need them. Aprompt:> conducts research and participates in a number of initiatives to constantly develop and to contribute to society and sponsors neighbourhood internets through Netlocal Internets ( www.netlocal.co.uk ).
